During this webinar Alegria gave us very valuable information, emphasizing what we always say: “each body is a different world”, so the generalities in sports nutrition, are obsolete
However she guided us based on the type of exercise we performed in a practical and very simple way, the priorities we should give to our nutrition, how to supplement ourselves before, during and after our training and why, additional Alegría by having a holistic vision of nutrition gave us tips of how to take care of our body, especially if we are athletes.
